Return Policy

The following return policy is applicable for the products sold by Giant Roots. You can easily return your product if you receive it in a damaged/defective/broken condition. Also, if you get a product which does not match with the description provided to you on the website or if you have any issues with the quality, design, and color, you can simply return it. However, products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned.


You must provide the bills at the time of exchanging your products and original tags are a must when you return any product. It should also have the warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We will not accept the items which are not returned according to the return policy.


Note that any kind of dispute will not be entertained after 5 days of receiving the shipment. So, you should register your dispute within 5 days of receiving the product. You can raise a dispute by sending us an email with the images of the broken/damaged products or contact the customer care and they will guide you.
