For canceling the order from the online shopping site in US, you need to do it before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is already being shipped, you can ask for a refund. Your amount will be refunded into your account fro which the transaction was done during placing the order.

The number of days to pick up the product will vary but our logistics team will be assigned to pick up the product from the address which has been provided at the time of placing the order. The product is generally picked within 7 business days.
